Palo Santo Smudge Stick

PRODUCT INFO:
Premium Ecuadorian (Manabí) Palo Santo, each measuring approximately 4 inches in length, and 1cm thick.

HOW TO USE:
Like to keep your office, home, and yoga studio clean of all negative energy? Get some Palo Santo, like Sage, Palo Santo is extremely strong, great for clearing out negative energies, and helps find your Zen during meditation.  Since the Palo Santo is so high on limonene and α-terpineol. Which are terpenes to help soothe (not treat) Flu, cough, and asthma. You can bring a cup of water to a boil and boil a 1-inch piece of the palo santo for about 10 - 15 minutes. Add honey or sugar to taste and sip. Ecuador is a tropical country where mosquitos love to feast on us. The mosquitos DO NOT like the smell of Palo Santo. So if you are going to a humid area or you are going camping make sure to take some Palo Santo with you. 

PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS
 Open windows slightly for airflow and prevent angry fire alarms. Light the stick from the top for about 35 to 40 seconds. Blow it out. You may use a feather or your hand to distribute the smoke.

Light an instant charcoal or burning charcoal tablet. Place the Palo abalone shell or any Heat-proof dish, set a burning charcoal tablet over them, and let it burn.  You may use a feather or your hand to distribute the smoke.
